3. Customer Responsibilities

Delays in providing information may delay website delivery.

4. Payment & Pricing

• All payments are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion

5. Website Delivery Timeline

• Delays caused by incomplete information or technical issues outside our control may extend this timeline

6. Revisions & Edits

• Reasonable revisions are included after delivery
• Major redesigns, custom development, or additional pages may incur additional fees

7. Ownership & Access

Once delivered:
• You own your website content
• You are responsible for any future edits or maintenance
• One-Day Websites is not responsible for ongoing hosting unless separately agreed in writing

8. Upgrades & Add-Ons

Optional upgrades may include:

• Custom domain connection
• Google Business Profile review integration
• Online booking system
• Additional pages or custom design work

These may be offered at additional cost.

9. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to create websites that include:
• Illegal content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Adult content
• Copyright-infringing material

We reserve the right to refuse service if content violates these rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Lost business, revenue, or leads
• Technical issues caused by third-party providers
